What to expect
- A short question gets a written answer, usually within a working day.
- A decision — which school, which route, whether to enrol at all — is better on a call, and we will offer you one.
- Nothing is passed to a university. We are not a lead broker and your details do not leave the practice.

We are not Grand Canyon University
If you need your transcript, your financial aid file, or anything on your actual student record, that has to go to GCU directly. We cannot access it and would not want to.
